OpenBibles offers a Free Offline Holy Bible / Alkitab with a variety of features:

• No internet connection is necessary to access the bible as the files are stored on SD Card in UTF-8 plain text format
• Multiple bible translations are available, and two translations can be read in parallel on the screen
• Bookmark verses can be categorized for easy access
• Verse collections can be read in different bible translations
• Users can copy verses to the clipboard and share them via SMS, Email, etc.
• App widget available to display random bookmarks on the home screen
• Support for headings, footnotes, and displaying words of Jesus in red
• Bible files can also be read on PCs using theword.net software
• Additional modules such as devotions and bible reading plans are included: "Morning and Evening" by Charles Spurgeon, "Day by Day by Grace" by Bob Hoekstra
